Everything is designed to be accessible in small pockets of time, 5, 10, or 20 minutes can be enough. This space supports your life; it does not demand more from you.

A Note From Me
Hi, I’m Ash.
I’m the creator of Mystic Fern and the Nervous System Sanctuary.
My work is based around supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies, calming their nervous systems, and creating spaces where healing can happen gently and safely.
But this work hasn’t come from a textbook, it has come from my lived experience.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve lived with anxiety. I was formally diagnosed as a child, and for many years my nervous system lived in a constant state of overwhelm.
Over time, life also brought experiences of deep grief and trauma - moments that changed me and shape the path that I am walking now.
Like many people, I spent years trying to understand why my body felt the way it did. Why rest was difficult, why my mind never seemed to switch off, why my nervous system always felt like it was bracing for impact.
That journey eventually led me into the world of nervous system work and somatic healing.
Today, as a Somatic Therapist, AromaTouch practitioner, & Level II Reiki practitioner, my work centres around helping people reconnect with their bodies, support their nervous systems, and create safety within themselves.
Alongside this work, I’m also a mum, a wife, a crystal lover, and someone who feels deeply connected to nature, energy work, and the quieter rhythms of life.
The name Mystic Fern comes from the quiet wisdom of ferns, plants that grow slowly, unfolding over time.
Healing often looks the same, it’s not about rushing or fixing, it’s about learning to listen to our bodies, creating small moments of safety, and allowing our nervous systems to soften at their own pace.
